 This photograph to the right shows the nature of the Klondike as it was during the latter part of the 1890s, the celebration was the forth of July and boxing matches and various other forms of entertainment, were to be had: as one can read "nuggets worked" and with this let the adventure begin.
Here is an example of their work and it is made of high grade Klondike platinum please don't confuse it with silver this is easy since, for the most part they both share the same metallic luster although platinum has distinctive features which the trained eye will observe.
This is another variation of the work done it is with a mineral that is commonly found with platinum, this is called Dunite and micro veins of the platinum can be found throughout the Dunite itself, it within itself aggregates into the solid founding mineral.
